National Dentist’s Day is celebrated annually on 6 March to raise awareness about the importance of oral hygiene so as to encourage people to learn more about caring for their teeth. Maintaining oral hygiene is an important part of the routine health care.

Some important Dental Care Tips:

  • Brush at least two minutes to twice a day.
  • Floss daily.
  • Eat a balanced diet and limit eating and drinking between meals.
  • Visit your dentist twice per year or as recommended by your dentist.
